From the Riri High-Tech line, the new “STORM” is entirely made of plastic with a chain resistant to water and ultraviolet rays.
It is the ideal zipper for extreme conditions and for all technical applications that involve considerable stresses in high performance situations (safety clothing, military applications, outdoor activities).
LATERAL STRENGHT
The Product respects the “E” class Standard UNI EU 16732:2016, and we are working to reach the best level of performances on the market.
WATERPROOFNESS
TAPE
The new Storm tape is composed by a textile pigmented part, totally over injected by a trasparent Poliurethane.
THIKNESS
This tape is ~10% thinner than the previous one, so that the body sliding is smoother.
TEETH
The new chain tooth is composed by Polyurethan (better bonding with the tape) and glass fiber, that increases smoothness, wear and mechanical resistance.
An extension in the tooth geometry has been added to prevent any slider blocking when the chain is bended, and to offer a longer product lifecycle.
