Oerlikon Luxury: our Management

Katharina Rick
President Oerlikon Luxury

Katharina joined Oerlikon Group in 2021 as Head of Strategy of the Surface Solutions division. As Chief of Transformation Officer OSS, she led the post-merger integration process of Riri Group and Coeurdor into Oerlikon Luxury, becoming Directrice Générale of Coeurdor in 2023 and President of Oerlikon Luxury in 2024.

She has worked almost 15 years at The Boston Consulting Group in Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America before joining a Private Equity owned manufacturer of gas engines in 2018.

Katharina holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen in Business Administration.


Gianmaria Coletto

Gianmaria Coletto
Head of FP&A Oerlikon Luxury

Gianmaria joined Riri Group in 2009 as Head of Controlling. His finance and controlling expertise is enriched by four years of experience in the B2C luxury industry and two years in a Nasdaq-listed pharmaceutical company.

As Head of FP&A of Oerlikon Luxury, Gianmaria oversees the finance operations of Oerlikon Riri and Oerlikon Fineparts in Switzerland, Italy, France and Portugal.

Gianmaria graduated in Business and Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.

Nantas Montonati

Nantas Montonati
Head of Sales and Marketing Oerlikon Luxury

Nantas joined Riri Group in 2013 as Sales and Marketing Director. He has also been a member of the Riri Board of Directors since 2014 and, following the acquisition by Oerlikon, he became Head of Sales and Markting of the business unit Oerlikon Luxury.

As Sales Director, Nantas leads Marketing Strategies and Group Sales Teams worldwide.

Nantas has a degree in Marketing from the Bocconi University of Milan. He worked as Sales Manager in the Automotive and Coating Industry for various multinational companies.
He has been involved with the trimming/fashion business for more than 20 years covering different roles such as General Manager and Sales Director in international firms.


Ralph Balmer
Head of HR Oerlikon Luxury

Ralph joined Oerlikon in 2020 as HR Area Head Europe South and was leading various HR transformation projects. From 2022 to 2023, as HR Project Manager, he was involved in several due diligences and managed the HR integrations of Coeurdor and Riri.
Since 2024 he acts as Head of HR Oerlikon Luxury for the newly established business region Luxury.

Previously he worked in various international HR functions in IT, Medtech, Manufacturing and Steel production for Swiss, Italian and US companies.

Ralph has a master in Economical psychology and in Human capital management as well as legal studies.


Paolo Lazzarin
Head of Operations Oerlikon Luxury Italy and Switzerland

Paolo joined Riri in 2009 as Industrial Engineering Manager for the Button Division in Padua. He became Operations Manager of the Button Division in 2015 and Group Manufacturing Manager in 2020.
In 2024 he took over the Operations management of the Italian and Swiss plants of Oerlikon Luxury, extending his responsibilities also to the Tuscan sites of Amom and DMC, with the aim of intercepting and maximizing the industrial synergies within the new business unit.

Previously, he has been involved for several years into the eyewear, tooling and motion device business, covering different technical roles.

Paolo has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua.


Thierry Perrin
Head of Operations Oerlikon Luxury France and Portugal

Thierry joined Oerlikon in 2024 as Head of Operations of the French and Portuguese plants of
Oerlikon Luxury and as General Director of Coeurdor.

During his career he worked as Operational and Managing Director for important companies
operating in the electric, manufacturing and eyewear sectors.

He studied Business Administration at the EM Lyon Business School.


Andrea Luschi
Head of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Oerlikon Luxury

Andrea joined Riri in 2009 as Group Procurement Manager. He became Group Procurement and Logistics Manager in 2016 and Group Supply Chain Manager in 2019.
Since 2023, following the acquisition of Riri by Oerlikon, he has been Head of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain of the business region Luxury.

Previously, he has been working into the automotive business, as Test engineer and in the area of Supplier Development and Purchasing.

Andrea has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan.


Marco Bruno
Head of ESG Compliance & Health and Safety Oerlikon Luxury
Local Trade Control Manager Oerlikon Riri & Fineparts

Marco joined Riri in 2012 as HSE Manager of the zipper division, then extending its responsibilities to all the companies acquired by the Group; he was in charge of managing and developing the sustainability plan of Riri. In 2023 he took on the role of Head of ESG Compliance at Oerlikon Luxury, managing the HSE and Sustainability team, and Local Trade Control.

In addition to a consolidated experience in the accessories sector, Marco worked for multinational companies in the pharmaceutical industry, holding important roles, including Quality Assurance and Sustainability & HSE Group Manager.


Francesco Milanesi
Head of IT Oerlikon Luxury

Francesco joined Riri in 2000, initially as IT Manager of the Mendrisio office and, since 2008, of the entire Riri Group. Following the acquisition by Oerlikon, he became IT Manager of the business unit Oerlikon Luxury.

Francesco previously worked as IT Technician and Consultant and Software Manager in some important companies in the energy, transportation and mass retail channel sector.


Olivier Bertoldi
Head of Quality Oerlikon Luxury

Olivier joins Riri in 2017 and, with its role of Group Quality Manager, manages and coordinates the Quality team of all the sites of the Group. Following the acquisition by Oerlikon, he becomes Head of Quality of the new business unit Oerlikon Luxury.

Olivier has a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Parma and, before Riri, he gained 12 years of experience in the automotive industry.
