More than 150 employees from Padua plant have been involved in a team building event, organized in collaboration with Forema, a consulting company specialized in the creation of tailor-made pathways and in the cultural transformation necessary for people’s growth, through the development of a dedicated know-how and innovative services.
For the fourth consecutive year, employees had the opportunity to attend a dedicated day, aimed at improving soft skills, known as intangible competences, which can strengthen interpersonal relationships. The elegant Villa Ottoboni conference centre in Padua hosted many moments of fun, reflection and different activities among the participants.
D.O.S.E, a model designed by the trainer Ambrogio Scognamiglio and acronym for dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins, gave employees the opportunity to work in synergy and collaboration, becoming aware of neurotransmitter functions, which is a fundamental instrument for achieving well-being in our daily lives.
