“We know with absolute certainty that the main strength of a company is its people” explains Michele Perini, HR Manager of the Group, “That’s why, in Riri, we never miss an opportunity to invest in the growth of individuals within their working environment. This time we decided to fulfill the training obligations of the sector, by involving all metalworkers in a day-long event dedicated to them, aimed at being together having fun and sharing our company values”.
This was the premise behind ‘Riri Day’, a day of training held in the evocative Padua location of Villa Roberti, which saw the participation of more than 200 employees from the Padua, Poggio a Caiano and Palazzolo sull’Oglio plants.
The event was organized in collaboration with Forema, a consulting company specializing in employee growth training and corporate competitiveness.
The event was built around a series of team building activities that divided people into groups and got them to engage in various ‘corners’, each dedicated to a different training exercise. The goal was to stimulate creativity and practice new skills, with a focus on the importance of team spirit.
