Rumor has it that something unusual happened in our branch in Tirano: two beautiful, young brides wandered among employees and machines… That happened on the 10th of March, when the plant turned into an exciting setting for the high-fashion photo shoot for the “Silver Dreams” project, part of the school-to-work programme in partnership with many schools of the Province of Sondrio (Italy).
Ilaria and Annalisa, students of the Fashion Course at the vocation school of Sondrio and interns at RIRI, had the original idea of designing and creating bridal gowns and accessories made from the waste products of zip production.
Fantasy and talent took the factory by storm while the Milanese photographer Valentino Candiani portrayed the girls’ works and the employees were asked to pose and help with the organization.
Once more RIRI believes in the strength of youth, encourages experimentation and facilitates its free expression.
