    Riri challenges the market with technology and launches the new High-Tech line dedicated to sportswear and technical equipment

    Riri crosses the finish line of the America's Cup as sponsor of the Alinghi team

    Thanks to the Storm® zip, Riri wins the Swiss Technology-Award

    Riri acquires Meras Spa and Cobrax Spa, and establishes Riri Group, one of the main international groups in the market of zippers, snaps, rivets and jeans buttons

    Riri turns 80 and celebrates this anniversary with a new logo and a renovated group promise and communication course

    Riri increases its production capacity by acquiring MR Plating, specialised in coating treatments, and SPM Pressofusione

    Riri acquires 2Frame, a Tuscan company specialized in metal accessories, and a new company “Cobrax Metal Hub” comes to be

    Riri acquires Tuscan company Amom and develops a center specialized in luxury accessories including fashion jewels

    DMC, a Tuscan company which designs and manufactures metal components for leather goods, joins the Riri Group

  • 2022

    Riri has acquired K4Sint, a company based in Trento specializing in powered metallurgy, now corporate production site for steel processing by MIM

  • 2023

    Riri becomes an Oerlikon Group company and the Oerlikon Luxury business unit is created
