In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001, Oerlikon Riri has set up an internal whistleblowing system, i.e. the possibility of submitting reports of unlawful conduct or violations of the MOG – Group Organisation and Management Model.
Such reports must be circumstantiated and based on precise factual elements, of which the employee has become aware whilst performing their duties. The whistleblower is guaranteed the utmost confidentiality and protection against discriminatory or retaliatory acts attributable to the report made.
As of March 2023, Oerlikon Riri adheres to the Oerlikon Reporting (Whistleblowing) Policy.
