Supply chain, environment, people and safety: Oerlikon Riri publishes its 2025 Commitment

The approach of Oerlikon Riri and Oerlikon Fineparts to the continuous improvement of their performance is also reflected in the determination to continue their reporting path and ensure transparent communication of the results obtained. Started in 2019, this reporting activity now covers 10 production sites located in Switzerland, Italy, France and Portugal.

In 2025, the two Luxury brands of Oerlikon achieved significant milestones, including:

• an increase in steel accessory production, particularly within the Fineparts companies, rising from 26% in 2024 to 35% in 2025;
• a higher use of renewable energy sources, reaching 96%;
• continuous investment in employee training and skills development, through initiatives such as the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project;
• the organization of employee engagement and awareness activities across all the Group production sites.
