On July 24th, for the first time, the site of Oerlikon Riri in Palazzolo sull’Oglio opened its doors to employees’ families and friends, organizing a special day dedicated to sharing and discovery.
The event was attended by 90 people, who had the opportunity to visit our facility in the province of Brescia, a center of excellence in zamak die casting and mould design.
The day began with a welcome and a presentation of the company, followed by a guided tour of the production departments: operators and managers gave a close-up view of the processes and activities that characterise their daily work, involving children in practical activities wherever possible. At the end of the visit, there was a pleasant convivial moment with an outdoor snack.
The initiative was a highly engaging and participatory experience, which helped to strengthen pride in being part of an organisation that values its people.
