The health and safety of people during their work is a priority for Oerlikon Riri and Oerlikon Fineparts. All the sites are committed to continuous improvement, based on listening to, involving their employees and introducing a series of corrective measures aimed at pursuing the ambitious goal of reducing the number of accidents to zero.
The daily commitment of all colleagues has already led to a number of concrete results: the plant of Maîche (France) has managed to accumulate 1000 days without registering any injuries, the Italian sites of Tirano, Badia al Pino, Palazzolo sull’Oglio and Padua, in 2024, celebrated two years and one year with zero accidents:
