Riri, in partnership with Mercer – an American consulting company – has embarked on an action plan aimed at making the workplace an increasingly fair and people-friendly environment to work in, ensuring that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion criteria are met.
After a preliminary phase of listening to the needs of the employees, four work teams – representing each location, role and task – were created to work synergistically, with a focus on different areas:
With eight plants in Switzerland and Italy, the Riri Group today employs more than one thousand people. This project stems from the realisation that, to be a true Group, it is necessary to harness every single person’s value.
