On the occasion of ‘Riri Day’, the event involving 240 employees from our plants in Padua, Poggio a Caiano and Palazzolo sull’Oglio for a day of ‘out-of-the-box’ teambuilding, the Swiss Group has confirmed its partnership with Forema, a consulting company specialised in training for the growth of human resources and competitiveness of companies.
The chosen location, Antica Cascina dal Pozzo in Grisignano di Zocco, in the Vicenza area, set the backdrop for a series of activities based on the importance of dialogue, teamwork and belonging to a single group. The day was centred around the metaphor of air travel: starting from check-in to arrival for splitting into groups, leading up to the construction and launch of cardboard planes, created and decorated by the employees themselves. The venue was transformed into an actual airport, which shows how high Riri can fly thanks to the support of all of its staff members!
According to Michele Perini, HR Manager of the Group: “The purpose here is getting everyone to work together, through games and metaphors enabling them to collaborate, communicate and interact in a virtuous way”.
