RIRI PUBLISHES ITS SECOND SUSTAINABILITY REPORT BASED ON THE GRI STANDARDS

5 June 2022

RIRI is proud to announce the publication of its second GRI Sustainability Report.

Being “responsible today for a sustainable tomorrow” requires a commitment to transparency in our results and a clear path for improvement. As the first step in our journey towards improved sustainability, last year’s report focused on the environmental aspect of sustainability, while this year our report has been broadened to address the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) results of RIRI’s activities in 2021.

The report does not cover the plant of AMOM and DMC as they’ve entered the Group in 2021.

Ensuring conformity with global reporting standards, the qualitative and quantitative data in this report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, along with industry-specific metrics and best practices.

Commenting on the report, CEO Renato Usoni said:
The 2021 GRI report represents a milestone in disclosure and transparency for our stakeholders. RIRI will continue to evolve in order to bring value to all actors in our ecosystem: employees, customers, and local communities. We are committed to further progressing our sustainability efforts and goals, with sustainability principles and ESG agenda to be increasingly embedded into our Business Strategy, vision and mission.
