Continuous innovation, in terms both of products and manufacturing processes, has always been a key component for Riri’s success, which leads the Group to searching for new solutions aimed at on-going improvement. It is specifically with a view to further optimisation that a new galvanic plant has been inaugurated in Padua.
The novelties in this plant include the use of cutting-edge technologies, for example a fully automated system which allows for enhanced efficiency and higher safety levels, the installation of more than 100 tanks, a wide range of precious and non-precious baths, as well as the upgrading of control measures during all process phases. Special attention is paid to the issue of sustainability: like the previous plant, also this one is totally nickel-free.
